When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Important Information
Please check your visa requirements before you travel. As per local law, Egyptian couples must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Please note that the rate for the ‘Special Offer - Egyptian and Residents Only’ room is exclusive for Egyptians and residents only. Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in. Spa services requires advance booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
